On March 25th at 3pm-5pm, in CC Room 100 (JCR), Hands-On Exotics is bringing a variety of incredible animals to campus, giving you the rare opportunity to see them up close, learn fascinating facts, and even interact with them! Whether you’re a fan of furry, scaly, or feathery friends, this is your chance to experience the wonder of the animal kingdom firsthand. Don’t miss out on this interactive and educational experience!

Animals will include: Bird, mammals, reptiles/invertebrates and a Savannah cat! Animals may be visible on a rotational basis depending on the handlers preferences.

The Broken Hearts Club Event is a Valentine’s Day gathering featuring;

• Interactive activities,
• A Valentine exchange,
• A short romantic comedy screening.

Come enjoy a fun night of movies and board games at Calumet College Room 100 on February 4th at 6:30PM - 8PM 🎲🎬

This event is designed to be student centric, it is going to include conversations and open dialogue on study techniques such as the pomodoro technique, time management, ways to avoid burnout and will include an interactive activity component in which students can practise goal setting activities, schedule planning etc. this will be shared by a facilitation of sharing our thoughts with our peers as to what we discussed. This will be followed by an open Q/A session from students where we can include myself answering questions or we can open the floor to other students answering if they have experiences with it. In addition, after the break we will be doing a 20 minute segment that will comprise of a de-stress activity, during this time students will be able to pain a motivation quote, or anything inspiring that comes to their mind on a mini canvas template, they will be able to take this home with them.

Worksheets will be provided, the event includes snacks and room 100 will be used.
