We have 3 panelists coming in, read a bit about them here!
Panelist 1: Baran Yousefi holds a degree in Health Studies from York University in Toronto, Canada. As a graduate of the Participatory School, Iran’s first alternative and democratic school, she brings extensive hands-on experience in educating children through a humanistic approach.
Panelist 2: Sagarika Singh, a proud Calumet College alum, having graduated in 2023 with a degree in Psychology from York and a Rehabilitation Services Certificate from Seneca. Currently volunteering as a crisis line responder with the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto.
Panelist 3: Angel Buendia is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Global Health, Specialized in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. She currently works as a Research Assistant under a Faculty Fellow at Dahdaleh Institute for Global Health, conducting research on the impact of online course materials on student understanding of global mental health and human rights.
